All our technician’s vehicles are fitted with GPS (satellite vehicle tracking system) which enables us to pinpoint the exact location of the technician and give you an accurate arrival time at your site.  

With our specialised helpdesk facility, there are two options. Firstly you can call us and we will log the call for you or secondly, you can log the call online through our secure web-site, from here you can also track your own requests and monitor their progress.
