Customers with complaints don't enjoy being left waiting while someone transfers them to someone else who doesn't know what they're talking about.

Unlike most companies Systemnet can tailor make a maintenance package to suit your requirements and budget. This will give you the peace of mind to concentrate on the important aspects of your business without needing to worry about your IT infrastructure.

Different Levels of Cover

Choose from a range of cover options including 4 or 8 hour call out, full parts and labour or parts only, disaster recovery, loan of replacement equipment while repairs are carried out, remote access maintenance, telephone support, housekeeping advice plus a host of other services to get your system up and running again with a minimum of delay and disruption. Alternatively, if you wish to have a technician for half a day a week every week this can also be catered for.

Interactive Whiteboards

Using interactive presentation solutions enables training sessions, meetings, briefings or other discussions to be delivered in a more efficient and effective way when compared with more traditional means. It is now widely recognised that such solutions can improve interaction between a presenter and their audience, resulting in greater retention of information and improved learning.

Networking

A network is a group of computers and associated peripheral devices connected by a communications medium and capable of sharing files and other resources between several users. Local Area Networks (LANs) use different protocols and access control and encoding techniques. The protocol of one network is not usually compatible with the protocol of another network type. An example being Ethernet and Token Ring; however they may co-exist by interconnection via devices such as Routers and Gateway.

Benefits

  • A made to measure contact that suits you, your budget and your requirements

Call Systemnet now on 0845 245 0056 to discuss your requirements, or if you already have a maintenance contract elsewhere, send the cover details to us for a free competitive quotation.

Dedicated Technicians

You will be assigned a dedicated technician who will understand your needs and requirements but won't blind you with jargon. They will be happy to discuss what went wrong and how it can be avoided in future.

Our Commitment

Prior to the start of any contract Systemnet would visit your company and carry out a site survey to establish you needs and requirements. As part of our ISO9001 accreditation we have standards and procedures in place to ensure that the customer always receives the best available service. A Service Level Agreement is then put in place which is agreed by both parties to ensure that the best possible service is provided at all times. This also specifies the response times and level of cover that has been set out.

Help Desk

All calls are manned by our first line support team and managed through our helpdesk. You will be asked a few brief questions to establish the nature and urgency of the problem. Each job is allocated a ticket number and assigned to a technician. The jobs are then prioritised accordingly. All jobs are recorded on our helpdesk and are overseen by our Technical Manager.
