Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Any faults must be notified within 3 days and returned within 7 days of delivery by agreement for an exchange, outside of this time faulty items will be subject to manufacturers standard warranties.

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect delivery).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail a RMA returns number all returns must have the RMA number sent with it, we will not be held responsible for items not clearly identified. We also recommend using recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Shipping

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only for countries outside the UK please contact us for shipping costs before completing a purchase online. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you our aim is 2-3 working days subject to the availability of your items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.Combined shipping
